NOTE: This guide is only useful if the default system password has not been changed.
Start the console session.
Plug in serial cable to console port of device from PC COM1 port
Open PuTTY and select "Serial" connection type, change baud rate (Speed) to 19200 and leave other settings as default.
Plug power into device and if a power button exists, turn it on.
Gain elevated access to the Special Functions menu.
Navigate the MAIN MENU using the up/down arrow keys to "Enter Admin Mode" and press Enter:

Erase configuration.
Navigate the Special Functions Menu to "Restore Factory Config." and press Enter. Confirm by selecting yes and press Enter again.

Clear MU Table Save Configuration
Clear ACL Save Config. to All APs
Clear Address Filters
Clear Type Filters Firmware Update Menu-[F3]
Clear Authorized AP List AirBEAM Configuration
Load ACL from File via TFTP
Load ACL from File via XMODEM
Load ACL from MU List
Reset AP
Configure Network Time

Ensure the system reboots successfully.
Copy all the output from the session into your records.
Right-click PuTTY's titlebar, from that dropdown menu click on "Copy All to Clipboard"
Open the file of record certifying the deconfiguration of this device and use CTRL V to paste all the output from PuTTY into that file. Formatting the text with a fixed-width font helps it look more readable.
End the session.
Close PuTTy.
