Fujitsu PRIMERGY RX300 S5

  1. Start the console session.

    Plug a monitor into device using a VGA cable.
    Plug a USB keyboard and mouse into device USB/PS2 ports.
    Plug power into device and if a power button exists, turn it on.

  2. Reset BIOS to defaults.

    Press F2 for the Setup Utility:
    Initial screen
    Navigate with the keyboard arrow keys to select Get Default Values in the Exit screen, press Enter then select Yes and press Enter again to confirm:

    Navigate to Save Changes & Exit, press Enter then select Yes and press Enter again to confirm:

  3. Erase Raid Configuration.

    Press Ctrl H for WebBIOS:
    Initial screen again
    On the Adapter Selection screen click the Start button:
    Adapter
    In the MegaRAID Config Utility click on Configuration Wizard:

    Click on Clear Configuration then click the Next button:
    Wizard
    Click the Yes button to confirm:
    WebBIOSdefaults
    Click on Exit then click the Yes button to Exit Application:

  4. End the session.

    Unplug the VGA, keyboard and power leads from the device.
